In this section you can read the Safeguarding regulation of CIRCOLO GOLF E TENNIS RAPALLO ASD which governs the tools for the prevention and fight against any form of abuse, harassment, gender violence or discrimination for reasons of ethnicity, religion, personal beliefs, disability, age or sexual orientation or for the reasons referred to in the European Directive 2012/2019 and the Delegated Law on the Reorganization of CONI and on professional sports of 8 August 2019 n. 86 on Members, especially if they are minors, as part of the activity carried out by the Company.
The document implements the provisions of the Legislative Decree. n. 36 of 28 February 2021 and Legislative Decree. n. 39 of 28 February 2021, the provisions issued by the CONI National Board, the Fundamental Principles approved by the CONI Permanent Observatory for safeguarding policies as well as the "Regulations for the prevention and fight against abuse, violence and discrimination on Members" of the Italian Golf Federation and its Guidelines.
